The www.valueequestrianwear.co.uk website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

You will purchase your goods from Value Equestrian Wear. You will separately be purchasing delivery services from either The Royal Mail or Hermes Parcelnet Limited, hermessupport@myhermes.co.uk
References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us" and "Value Equestrian Wear" are to Value Equestrian Wear. References in these Terms and Conditions to "The Post Office" are to Post Office Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, number 2154540, registered office 148 Old Street, London EC1V 9HQ. 1. Online Shopping

1.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.

1.2 We will not be liable if for any reason the Value Equestrian Wear website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all the Value Equestrian Wear website.


2. Order process

2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

2.3 When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. An email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Value Equestrian Wear.

2.4 Acceptance of your order for goods and the completion of the contract between you and Value Equestrian Wear will take place when your goods are dispatched by your carrier: we will email you that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to fulfil multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by your carrier. If you have ordered using the collect in person option, we will email you to confirm that your order is ready for collection.


3. Delivery

3.1 You may request international delivery by The Post Office or Hermes Parcelnet Limited by selecting the international delivery option at the end of the checkout process, and by specifying a delivery address outside the UK. In doing so, you will be contracting separately with The Post Office or Hermes Parcelnet Limited (for either EU or non-EU deliveries) and all delivery arrangements are made between you and them.

3.2 All parcels will be delivered by your carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home when your carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date. IN THE EVENT OF A MISSED DELIVERY IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO EITHER COLLECT THE PARCEL FROM THEIR LOCAL SORTING OFFICE OR RE ARRANGE THE DELIVERY THROUGH THE CARRIER'S WEB SITE, FURTHERMORE IF THE PARCEL IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO NON COLLECTION THE PURCHASER IS LIABLE TO PAY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE OR OF COURSE WE CAN REFUND THE ITEM LESS THE POSTAGE.

3.3 Please note that your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

3.4 Your order will be accepted by Value Equestrian Wear when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company from Value Equestrian Wear for delivery to your chosen address. Completion of the contract between you and The Post Office or  Hermes Parcelnet Limited  will take place when the goods have been delivered or there have been at least three attempts to deliver the goods to your chosen address.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.


4.  Payment, VAT and Non-EU Customs

4.1 Payment is to be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

4.2 All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

4.3 Where you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, the price paid by you to Value Equestrian Wear for your product will not be subject to UK VAT. All taxes, duties, fees, levies or other charges levied outside the EU will be added to your order total at checkout and paid by The Post Office or Hermes Parcelnet Limited  and its partner carrier to local customs authorities in the delivery country on your behalf.

4.4 You will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.

International Delivery Charges

4.5 We will notify you of the delivery charge made by The Post Office or  Hermes Parcelnet Limited  to you at the time we acknowledge your order for goods. We will collect those delivery charges on behalf of The Post Office or Hermes Parcelnet Limited from you when we collect payment from you for your order for goods. For bespoke or special delivery items a communication of any additional delivery cost may be made.


5. Order Cancellation

EU Customer's Right to Cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us in writing no later than 7 working days after the day on which your receive your products. Please see the Distance Selling Regulations section for more information. These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers. If you change your mind about wanting goods you have ordered, please see the general returns information at Section 7 below.

5.1 If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been collected for dispatch by your carrier, please contact Value Equestrian Wear Customer Service team here or by calling 07714288689

5.2 As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being collected by your carrier for dispatch . After collection by your carrier for dispatch our Returns Policy at clause 7 will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in clause 7.2.

6. Returns Policy

6.1 We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided; it has been especially designed for you to do this.

6.2 We cannot refund or exchange personalised goods.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

6.3 Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

6.4 How to Return or Exchange:
Less than delighted? We won't hold it against you - and our 14 day returns policy should help ease the pain.
Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels tags or hygiene seals still attached. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within seven-five days depending on your card issuer. 

If an exchange is required you will be liable for new postage costs - please ensure additional postage costs are returned with your goods and a note expressing exactly what you would like to exchange your purchase for, confirmation of your name and delivery address. You will not be refunded the delivery charge, or any applicable local customs duties collected from you at checkout.

Please use your local and trusted postal service for returns from UK, EU & non-EU countries. We recommend you use a tracked and insured services as Value Equestrian Wear will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage. Provided you return your products in accordance with the returns policy and the steps outlined, Value Equestrian Wear will be able to refund to you the amount applicable to your product.
To complete the returns process please include the following details with your return:

If the above steps are not followed, in particular if the returns return details, this may result in delays in Value Equestrian Wear receiving your returned products. We will not be able to process a return until we receive your products.

In-store returns

If you return in store, please ensure that you bring the original delivery or collection note with you as proof of purchase. Please note that your return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us or your carrier only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding whether to make a refund.

6.4.1 PayPal Returns

If you wish to return unwanted, faulty or damaged goods that were purchased via Paypal for a full refund then you must return your goods by post or courier (signed-for service), and we will then process a refund direct to your PayPal account. If you return products to our store, you will be given a gift card for the refunded amount. Include all your order details within your return.
 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return it in a saleable condition in its unopened and undamaged packaging within 14 days with your proof of purchase for a full refund (excluding any delivery or customs duty charges).

6.5 None of the above refund terms affect your statutory rights in the UK when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
 
7. Payment Methods

7.1 We accept payment for orders in pounds (£) sterling.

7.2 We accept payment by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Electron, PayPal and e-vouchers.

7.3 If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in pounds (£) sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.

7.4 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your purchase and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Value Equestrian Wear website. Our site uses industry standard 128 Bit Secure Payment technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

7.5 By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions; and to your delivery carrier to enable it to arrange delivery of your goods to your selected delivery address.


8. Pricing Policy

8.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at appropriate rate and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

8.2 Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

8.3 Sale offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn.


9. Product Availability / Information

9.1 We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for sale on the Value Equestrian Wear website. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

10. Copyright Policy

10.1 Copyright and other intellectual property rights in any communications, ideas, or other materials submitted or offered to us by you through on or by this website, unless specifically requested by us, shall become our property. You agree that submissions by you to this website must not risk infringing any right of any third party and in addition, you agree that no submissions by you to this website will be or contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material or constitute an invasion of privacy. As such, you are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submissions you make to the website.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or password and any breach of security or misuse or suspected breach of security or misuse of the service, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session if you use a shared computer. Value Equestrian Wear cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with Clause 10 & 11.

13.1 Value Equestrian Wear shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the material on this website or the performance of the product purchased through the website or the conduct of other users of this website, even if Value Equestrian Wear has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 The Value Equestrian Wear website may also contain links to other websites, which are not operated by Value Equestrian Wear. When you activate any of these you will leave the Value Equestrian Wear website and we have no control over, and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website which is not under our control.

13.3 You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.

13.4 We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
